This site collects personal data in one place only — the site survey form. This page sets out exactly what that form gathers, why we need it, who else handles it and how to have it deleted.

What we collect
The only place this website asks for personal data is the site survey form on the contact page. When you submit it, we receive:
- Your name, and your organisation if you give one.
- Your email address and phone number.
- The facility type, surface type, works required and court count.
- The location of the facility — an Eircode or a town.
- Your timeframe, and whatever you write in the message box.
- Any photos or PDFs you attach: up to six files, 4MB in total.
Please do not attach anything showing people. We only need to see the surface.
The form also reads the IP address a submission came from. It is held in the server's memory for ten minutes and used only to stop the form being flooded — it is not written to any database, and it is gone when the server restarts. It also appears, for a time, in our hosting provider's ordinary request logs.
Why we use it, and our legal basis
- To answer your enquiry and arrange the survey
- Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR — steps taken at your request before entering into a contract. Without these details we cannot ring you back, plan the visit or price the works.
- To keep the form from being abused
- Article 6(1)(f) — our legitimate interest in keeping the enquiry form usable and our mailbox clear of automated spam.
We do not use your details for marketing, we do not build a profile from them, and no decision about you is made automatically.
Who else handles it
We do not sell your data, and we do not hand it to anyone for their own purposes. We do rely on three providers to run the website and carry the mail. Each acts only on our instructions, and each is set out in full below.
We may also disclose information where the law requires it — to a court or a regulator, for example.
Vercel
- What they do
- Hosts this website and runs the form's submission endpoint.
- What they handle
- Everything you submit, as it passes through, plus the IP address of the request.
- Transfers outside the EEA
- This site does not pin its functions to an EU region, so processing may take place outside the EEA. Transfer safeguard: [PLACEHOLDER — confirm the safeguard Vercel relies on, or pin the function region to the EU].
Resend
- What they do
- Delivers the enquiry to our office, and the confirmation to you.
- What they handle
- Your name, email address and the full content of the enquiry, including attachments.
- Transfers outside the EEA

Google Workspace
- What they do
- Hosts the info@lssportsolutions.ie mailbox, where enquiries arrive and are read and answered.
- What they handle
- The enquiry email and any attachments, plus the reply thread that follows.
- Transfers outside the EEA

How long we keep it
Enquiries stay in our mailbox so we can pick the conversation back up, quote the works and stand behind anything we install. Our retention period is two years. You can ask us to delete yours sooner at any time.
The IP address used for rate limiting is discarded within ten minutes.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you can ask us to:
- Give you a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
- Correct anything wrong or out of date.
- Delete it.
- Restrict what we do with it, or object to our using it.
- Send it to you, or on to someone else, in a portable format.
Email or ring us on the details below and we will answer within one month. There is no charge.
If you think we have handled your data badly, please tell us first so we can put it right. You also have the right to complain to the Data Protection Commission, the Irish supervisory authority, at dataprotection.ie.
Changes to this notice
If we change how the form works, or which providers we use, we will update this page and the review date shown at the top of it.
